What we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if given), the service you are interested in and any message you write. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a systems check.
- To prepare a proposal or quote you have asked for.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is stored with our email and hosting providers, and may be shared with a contracted Seamwise engineer only where needed to deliver work you have asked for, under a confidentiality agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
How we protect it
We use secure, password-protected business accounts with two-step verification, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email maria@seamwise.co.za and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
